PT Marugo Rubber Indonesia merupakan perusahaan penanaman modal asing (PMA) Jepang yang bergerak dibidang manufactur otomotif. Perusahaan tersebut memproduksi berbagai macam komponent otomotif dengan bahan dasar rubber atau karet.

PT Marugo Rubber Indonesia berlokasi di kota Karawang tepatnya di Karawang International Industrial Center (KIIC), Teluk Jambe Timur - Karawang.

Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

To take full responsibility of production and quality target and to ensure the smooth running of production processes.
To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company's quality systems, process and procedures
Manage develop and motivate direct reporting staff
Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance general issues
To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of staff
To ensure that Health and safety rules regulations are adhered to during the shift
To work closely with other shift supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communication tools
Maintain 5S standard and ensure Effectiveness of Kaizen Activities in Production Department

Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering and related field
Two years minimum experience in manufacturing and related position
Experience with MRP system,
Supervisory skill and ability to conduct training
Knowledge of lean principles raw material, Rubber Polymer production processes quality control. cost and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Japanese Language certified is an advantage
Able to work in rotating shift pattern
Fluency in English both spoken and written
